Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Veralith. By accessing or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Veralith on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

1. The service

Veralith is a hosted platform that evaluates the RAG traces you send, classifies failures, and can hand fix suggestions to your coding agent. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

2. Accounts & keys

You are responsible for your account, API keys, and all activity under them. Keep your keys secret; notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) send data you lack the rights to process; (b) attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service; (c) exceed or evade plan limits; or (d) use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the traces and content you submit. You grant Veralith a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service, including sending it to our sub-processors for evaluation (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the legality of the data you send.

5. Plans & fees

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Pricing shown on the site is provisional and may change. Free tiers are provided as-is.

6. Intellectual property

Veralith and its software, branding, and content are owned by us. These Terms grant you no rights to them except to use the service as permitted.

7. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties (e.g. Google sign-in, OpenAI, coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex). Your use of those is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Veralith’s diagnoses and fix suggestions are informational; you are responsible for reviewing and applying any changes to your own systems. We do not guarantee accuracy or that a suggested fix will resolve any issue.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veralith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
